Where is my order?
Thank you for your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days – the cut off time is 2pm CT and from then on it is classified as the following work day. During very busy periods we may incur delays. Any issues regarding an order must be notified within 14 days of delivery date.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship within the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and Canada.
What do I do if an item is broken?
