Returns Policy

If the items you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund if qualified within 14 days of delivery date. Any items that become unsealed after delivery are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

To ensure prompt resolution, please have your order number ready. Be sure to keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items to help expedite the process.

Product must be returned to us at our distribution center within 14 working days of delivery to you or notifying us of the issue. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process exchanges or returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
